The second installment of the 2015-2016 Village Tax is due by January 4, 2016. If you’re mailing in a payment, it must be clearly postmarked by post office with a date of no later than January 4, 2016. Any payments received after the close of business (4:30 PM) on January 4, 2016, or postmarked January 5, 2016 or later, will incur a five percent (5%) penalty for the month of January. Unpaid taxes will continue to accrue an additional one percent (1%) penalty for each month after January until payment is made.

Payments can be made in person at Village Hall during office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excepting holidays) or mailed to Village Hall at 34 School Street, Bayville, New York 11709.
