DESCRIPTION:The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a special meeting commencing at 7:30 PM on Tuesday\, March 22\, 2016 at the Bayville Intermediate School\, 50 Mountain Avenue\, Bayville\, New York 11709.\nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nINCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BAYVILLE\nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:45 PM on Tuesday\, March 22\, 2016 at the Bayville Intermediate School\, 50 Mountain Avenue\, Bayville\, New York 11709 with respect to the matter summarized below:\nProposed Local Law 2016-1\, a local law to add the definition of the term “Seaside Inn” to Section 80-3 of the Village Code of the Incorporated Village of Bayville as a commercial establishment\, managed by the property owner\, where overnight lodging is provided to temporary lodgers in one or more guest units\, for compensation\, for no more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days. Seaside Inns have common sitting and dining areas and may have a restaurant in the principal building which may be open to the general public. Seaside Inns may have limited accessory recreation facilities\, such as a swimming pool. Seaside Inns may also be used for social events or gatherings\, such as weddings.
