DESCRIPTION:2018-2019 Village Tax\nThe second installment of the 2018-2019 Village Tax is due by January 2\, 2019. If you’re mailing in a payment\, it must be clearly postmarked by post office with a date of no later than January 2\, 2019. Any payments received after the close of business (4:30 PM) on January 2\, 2019\, or postmarked January 3\, 2019 or later\, will incur a five percent (5%) penalty for the month of January. Unpaid taxes will continue to accrue an additional one percent (1%) penalty for each month after January until payment is made.\nPayments can be made in person at Village Hall during office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM\, Monday through Friday (excepting holidays) or mailed to Village Hall at 34 School Street\, Bayville\, New York 11709.\nPayment can also be made online with a credit card at: https://bayvilleny.munitrax.com/pub/Login/Default.aspx (a 5% fee is charged by the payment processor; the Village does not receive or collect any portion of this fee).\nChecks or money orders must be made payable to: Inc. Village of Bayville
