If you’re mailing in a payment\, it must be clearly postmarked by post office with a date of no later than January 2\, 2018. Any payments received after the close of business (4:30 PM) on January 2\, 2018\, or postmarked January 3\, 2018 or later\, will incur a five percent (5%) penalty for the month of January.
