Tax Lien Sale | 2026: July 28 at 11:00 AM sharp
Tax lien sales are held annually on the fourth Tuesday in July at 11:00 AM in Village Hall. Please make sure to arrive by 11:00 AM; those who arrive after the tax lien sale has commenced may be unable to participate.
Committee of Architectural Review (CAR) Meeting Schedule | 2026: Third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM in Village Hall | CAR applications must be received within the first week of the month in order to be reviewed at that month’s CAR meeting. No more than five applications will be reviewed at any particular CAR meeting.
Planning Board Meeting Schedule | 2026: First Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in Village Hall
Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) Meeting Schedule | 2026: Last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM in Village Hall except for November and December; ZBA meetings for those months will be on November 18 & December 16.
Village Justice Court Schedule | 2026: Third Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM in Village Hall except for December; no court in December
