Village Water Bill

Water bill payments are due by February 29, 2016. If you’re mailing in a payment, it must be clearly postmarked by post office with a date of no later than February 29, 2016. Any payments received after the close of business (4:30 PM) on February 29, 2016, or postmarked March 1, 2016 or later, will incur a ten percent (10%) penalty for the month of March. Unpaid water bills will continue to accrue an additional one percent (1%) penalty for each month after March.

On May 9, 2016, all open balances on water accounts will be levied on the property’s 2016-2017 Village Tax bill as Water Arrears.

Payments can be made in person at Village Hall during office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excepting holidays) or mailed to Village Hall at 34 School Street, Bayville, New York 11709.

Checks or money orders must be made payable to: Inc. Village of Bayville.
