PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 34 School Street, Bayville, Nassau County, New York, on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following application:
#Z-08-17, Williams Residence (S. Kahn, Arch)
Application to construct a detached one-car garage requiring the following variances:
Chapter 80, Article VI, Section 80-22 Bulk Regulations
(B) The proposed lot coverage is 1443.96 sq. ft., where the maximum permitted is 1250 sq. ft.
Chapter 80, Article XVI, Section 80-80 Continuance
Use of a structure or lot that does not conform to the use regulations in the zoning district in which it is situated, which use was lawful at the time of inception, maybe continued, but not expanded or exacerbated.
This property is known on the Land and Tax Maps of Nassau County as Section 29, Block 16, Lot 31 in the Residential C District. It is also known as 11 Washington Avenue, Bayville, NY.
