PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 34 School Street, Bayville, Nassau County, New York, on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 7:30  p.m. to review the following:

This application seeks to subdivide one lot totaling 58120 square feet into six lots:
parcel: (1) 8688 sq.ft.; (2) 8823 sq.ft.; (3) 10098 sq.ft.; (4) 9679 sq.ft.; (5) 5513 sq.ft.; (6) 6562 sq.ft.

The Applicant is seeking approval to develop each of the six parcels with a one-family dwelling.
