ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 34 School Street, Bayville, Nassau County, New York, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following:

#Z-12-17, Powers Residence (5d Arch& Eng)
Application for an alteration with a second floor addition requiring the following variances:
Chapter 80, Article V, Section 80-20, Lot Requirements
No building shall be erected on any lot that has less than:
A(1) 75 ft. of frontage; the existing frontage is 65 ft.
A(2) 75 ft. of lot width from the front property line to a depth of 40 ft.; the existing lot width is 65 ft.
A(3) 7500 sq. ft. of lot area; the existing lot area is 6110 sq. ft.
Chapter 80, Article V, Section 80-21, Yard Requirements
There shall be front, rear and side yards on each plot of not less than the following:
