National Grid will be doing open trench gas main work and work on approximately 70 services on Third Street, First Avenue/Third Street at intersection to the First Avenue cul-de-sac, all of Whitney Road, all of Alan Drive, and eastern half of Hilary Drive. Public contact for complaints, concerns, road repairs, noise, & traffic is National Grid engineering at standard.engineering.li@nationalgrid.com or 631-206-7412. Project duration is approximately 3 months, working most Saturdays. Map of project area can be found here.
